Bookings

Bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit or debit card, the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the card in advance for a sum equivalent to one nights accomodation.

Cancellation Policy                

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to 2pm on the day of arrival, bookings cancelled after this time will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one nights stay. Cancellations will be accompanied by a cancellation refernece code.

Cancellations made to block bookings of multiple rooms will be subject to different conditions.

Accepted methods of payment

Payments can be made in cash Sterling, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Electron or Solo. Travellers cheques and personal / business cheques are not accepted.

Payment on arrival

To make check out simpler and faster guest are normally required to pay room charges on arrival, guests may view rooms prior to making payment. Breakfasts and additional expenditure can be settled on departure or the night before.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or communal areas of the hotel apart from the front and back garden, guests violating this rule may be fined equivalent to one nights stay and asked to leave.
