STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY EX TENNIS SEASON
NO Charges for cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days before 2pm of the arrival date/time. For Any cancellation or Amendments during your stay we also require 48 hrs notice. For Reservations over 7 days we will require a 30% Non Refundable Deposit.
CHECKING IN : 2 PM ONWARD
CHECKING OUT : 11 AM.
If you wish to check in earlier or later than we shall be happy to oblige, please call or advise us of your approx arrival time or the same if you are arriving later than 8.30 pm.
For Reservation made during the above Tennis Period, a 30% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be charged at the time of the Booking.
Full Payment of the Remaining 70% balance will be charged without Refund 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
